| Description | The Harley Davidson Factory produced around two hundred of them to fill outstanding contract orders for Law Enforcement in the USA, titled as 1985 models using up the very last of the Shovelhead model parts. (1966 to 1985) The Harley Davidson Dealership in Oak Lawn, Chicago had ten of these ordered for the Police Department but they only took eight, the remaining two were sold off to the public.
